John, I made this for my mother today. She has an incurable, stage IV, metastatic cancer so I make anything that keeps weight on her body. She absolutely loved it. The only different things I did was used Lorna Doons and used my crème brûlée torch to the whipped cream. I’m not one for commenting on videos but many thanks for all you’ve done. This is the exact same recipe I've been making for many years. Everyone loves it & I get people ordering it during the holidays. LOL! I dip my bananas in lemon juice to keep them from browning.

John, I made this exactly as the recipe says; didn't waver from anything. I made it for my Bible Study tonight and to say it was a big hit would be an understatement. I grew up on Banana Pudding, have had many versions of it from different people in my life. But I've never had anything more divine than this one. Everyone loved it, and I came back with barely enough to have it for breakfast! Several people were absent tonight and I have been requested to make it again in 2 weeks in order that everyone can have it. Actually they confessed they just wanted me to do it again.. period! Though taking credit for making it, I made certain they knew where I got the recipe from and indicated they would be paying your videos a visit to get this and other recipes. This was a big hit at my Christmas dinner. I had never tried condensed milk with pudding. It really gave a rich flavor. Delicious!

First recipe that I’ve ever seen that makes vanilla pudding like I do. I found the recipe on a box of Food Lion vanilla wafers many years ago. I use a trifle dish but my presentation is not nearly as elegant. This recipe is delicious!

I made so much banana pudding this summer. Chessmen cookies are the way to go instead of vanilla wafers. Also, drizzle some homemade salted caramel on every serving. So good and fattening ☺️

OMG I did this last night but added 8oz softened cream cheese AND 3 cups of hwc (I was making two pans). I did not add anything to the whipped cream and topped it off with salted walnuts🤭 and I used Salerno butter cookies thank you for another top tier recipe ❤
