My siblings and I feed strays. One stray cat that I’m really attached to is a black male cat I named Haru.
When we go to feed all we have to do is call out to him and he’ll come running with a meow.
He even followed us home once and now knows where we live. He will come to the building if he needs us, recognises my mom. Always follows us now every time we go feed him. Will come running to follow us.
Sometimes when he does not see which direction went, he will meow for us until we come get him.
But my fav interactions was when we went for ice cream last night and found him laying in the small sand area with plants.
Boy followed us to the shop and was still waiting for us when we came out and on our way he even went to dig in the sand to do his thing and we kept walking so he went “meow” like he was letting us know, “no wait for me, I’m coming.”

The stray I picked up in September walks all the way around the block with me. No other cat has ever done that and I take good care of my mom's cats too. They follow me outside on the front porch and come back in with me, but they have never gone around the entire block like the stray. He's Maine Coon. He has separation anxiety from me and vice versa. I love him.

Four of our five cats are madly in love with my husband. They run to the door when they hear him outside and eagerly wait for love, staring a t him, while he's taking off his boots. They RUN to follow him into other rooms and settl down with him in the new spot.

I have one cat that was a "foster fail." She's a cute little thing... BUT, she's extremely anxious. She doesn't like me to pet her, and forget about picking her up or holding her. However, she will follow me around and play with me. When I get up in the morning, she immediately crawls into the warm spot I left on the bed. I joke that she "hates me" and wants to "kill me in my sleep." But, she lived outside for the first 6 months of her life and her mother is also shy. She was originally set to go to a rescue, but she was so scared, anxious and traumatized that we decided it would be better if she stayed with me. Her brother on the other hand is a snuggle bug. Just goes to show that cats are just as individual as people.

Oh my gosh I am so happy that my black cat Loki does all 5 of these with me ❤ I love her like an actual child.

Honorable Mention:
If they wrap their tails around you (when you're standing up around your leg, when they're laying next to you, when they walk by you, etc...), they like you. It's a tail hug.

My cats like me🤸🏼🥰🤸🏼, bc they do everything but follow me around. My cats r under the delusion they are not to be disturbed during the day, n everyone is expected to walk around them...I wanna come back as a cat w an owner like me. 😻

My boys follow me ALL over the house. . .but they insist on sleeping curled up around my husband instead :) Probably because he's warmer.

My older boy Tao likes to guard me from the new kitten when Im on the toilet and trying to climb in my lap sometimes to its ugh lol but he is my shadow and hes getting one from the kitten lol

My cat does all of these things and I hate it. Especially the kneading or making biscuits. I can’t stand it. It’s annoying and it’s uncomfortable
