Phobia as makeup: SOMNIPHOBIA 😴

I have this phobia it used to be worst but i've gotten through it. It was so scary because people say "just sleep" or " it's just sleeping what's the big deal" but for me I would stay awake till 1 am and I would think about like be dying at night and no one helping me or not waking up ever. it was really traumatizing but i had my family there and so far i'm doing a lot better!

I still have this and am always afraid of something bad happening to my family so I watch them and make sure they're okay. I haven't even slept for 2 days now. But I'm fine so all of you live your lives and don't worry about mine❤

One time i was too scared to sleep because i thought my "heart would stop" I checked my heartbeat every minute and it took me very long to sleep. I still have this fear and i cant get over it every time it becomes dark i start to think negatively i start thinking i can die any moment a meteor can hit me a lightning bolt i basically start thinking of death.
