Trigger WARNING: I caught a ghost child on camera while taking photos with my friends at the cemetery around 2am. The body shape and head appeared to be 10-12 years old boy sitting at the 3rd grave stone toward a vineyard. One odd thing I noticed was that the shoes he was wearing was glowing brighter than his body in the photo. My friends and I were so scared that we left and returned to that grave stone the next day when there was daylight. Turns out it was a little boy who was laid to rest there and a pair of shoes were a decoration for his headstone.

I deleted that photo that same night. I’ve never felt so much terror and insanity seeing that photo. I regret deleting the photo now as an adult since this happened when I was 17 and thought I’d get a demon attachment if I kept feeding into fearing the photo. I’ll see spiders, rats, and snakes on the property which I don’t mind cause they have never caused me to question life itself or cause me that degree of fear.

Edit: The 2 friends with me that night are now married. We keep in contact and they are both religious due to the incident. It has probably been 10 years since then and I’ve questioned going back to see what his name was to search for his family and possibly contact them but thought that would be weird to address that I saw a ghost of their family member… like what would they even do at that point?
Update: I figured id give you guys closure as well. I went back to the gravestone a couple of months back and the gravestone belonged to a 12-year-old Elida Yanez. Elida is a female name and so I question who was the boy figure I saw sitting against the gravestone.

I also have a story! This was in my childhood home, from when I was born to about 11 or so. I used to struggle with sleeping as a baby, so my parents put a tv in my room to play soft songs. Though in the middle of the night I would hear static from it with faint voices as if it were the news. It got to the point where they would unplug it when they went to bed, but that didn’t stop it. We also had a cat at the time, and it would never even get close to my room. And even after they just took it out of my room, the voices just grew louder until I moved my bedroom. I’m very surprised I remember this as I don’t remember much before I was 7. Turns out a man died in a fire from an electric blanket in my room 🫠. I still tear up when I try to tell this story from how utterly terrified I was. Just one of the stories this made me remember.

Edit: thanks for the likes! 50 for another story?

Another story(thanks for 50 likes!) -> This was in the same house, but around 3 years later. There was a room that used to be the guest room before we moved, but since we nearly never had guests it turned into the “play room” ( just a room where I would play with my toys) I used to play in there for hours with my toy train tracks, but one day I just stopped. (I’m getting most of this from my parents) they would ask me if I wanted to play, I would say yes. But when they led me up to the play room I would run back downstairs. They didn’t understand until they had an open experience of their own. They were cleaning up in there because it had gotten dusty, and suddenly they heard a whisper “p..l..a..y”. When my parents told me these stories I would vaguely remember talking with someone when I was there. One day my parents and I had gone into the play room together, and after a little they left me to keep playing. But, just a little while later they started hearing random words that I had not known yet. A 6 year old shouldn’t know words like “arson” or “slaughtered” but they heard chanting of them from the room. It’s safe to say that was my last time in that room before they had it locked permanently. Thank you for reading these! It feels good to get these off my chest after all these years. I might update but I’ll have to call my parents for another lol.

Two years ago, back at my moms old house I remember waking up for school. I looked over and right next to my dresser there was an old lady with grey-blond wavy short hair wearing a white and purple floral dress, I remember her saying “it’s time to wake up (name)” I blinked and she disappeared, she had such a sweet voice too, I remember thinking “what the actual hell?” My mom came into my room a few minutes later and I asked “were you next to my dresser just now?” To which she answered no. More recently, probably about 3 months ago we were going through family photos when I saw her, only it was a picture of her. Same dress and everything. She was my great-great grandmother.

My friend has this fear and one time me and her tried the AI filter with ghost hunting and I pointed the camera and tapped and a human/ghost appeared in the photo and she started to scream at the top of her lungs and I laughed so hard. But when I sat down where the ghost was I felt cold. And she was like “STOP”
“What if you get possessed!?😭” and I was like I won’t it’s a filter and who cares if I get possessed? And she was like “ME IM YOUR BESTIE”

I was about 10 or 11 years old. Some time during the night I remember waking up to the sound of water and going out into the hallway to check who was up. The light was off in the bathroom but the door was half open and I saw who I thought was my sister sitting in the bath tub. I asked her why she was taking a bath so late but she didn’t respond. I was still groggy so I just went back to sleep. I asked her about it the next day and she denied it being her. A couple weeks later, again woke up to the sound of water. I saw the light under the door and assumed maybe she developed sleep walking tendencies. I wasn’t super out of it this time around and decided to confront her, but when I opened the door the lights were off and nobody was there. My eldest brother shortly after mentioned to my mom he had a similar experience, except he saw her walking into the bathroom and closing the door, to which he followed after her but found himself alone. Many crazy stories like my mom seeing a man hung in the corner of the room to my dad being alone in the house and hearing classical music being played on the piano. My parents consulted the pastor (my mom is religious and thought it was Satan’s demons while my dad being agnostic believed it to be a ghost) and according to him, this was the result of a painting we had gotten at a garage sale. It was some Egyptian dog, I think it was? It was haunted and apparently it depicted some devil? I forget the details, I’ll have to ask my mom again. We threw it out and the strange occurrences stopped and never experienced the like again.

When I was like 8, I *THINK* I saw a ghost. When I was pissing in the toilet, it was nighttime so the light was coming from the bathroom. I was looking through the crack between the door and I saw like a faint light fog pass by the crack, nothing could create fog in my house, it wasn’t cold and nothing was causing a fog so I was confused where it came from. I also felt random chills on my back. But I was young so I didn’t think much of it. Remembering it now kinda scares me

I love ghosts sometimes I just talk to myself feeling like their listening and understand how I’m feeling it’s actually really healing ❤️

I love the paranormal, it's just so interesting to me. I have a ghost in my room, haven't talked to him much, I think he was one of the previous owners of the house, he likes to mess with my door 😅

This story my dad told me has always scared me and like ik parents make up things for kids but my dad doesn’t joke when telling stories concerning family (odd but yeah) and so basically he told me this story from when he was a kid and for background info he lived in an old house that once was a house that held not only a family but servants for the family (as usual for that time), and one night apparently he woke up to a light in the hall which was odd cause they normally turned the lights off at night and he told me he went to explore only to see nothing so he went back to bed. Later than night he saw the same glow from the hallway but this time he heard footsteps up and down the hallways (he said that his 3 other siblings and his parents were asleep bc it was so early). Being shaken by this he put in effort to go back to sleep and woke up the next day and continued his normal routine. Strangely the same thing happened again that night which i thought was odd bc why would his family be up at a early hour two nights in a row with the same light and walking in the same places. Anyway it goes on and on and he came to the thought that it must’ve been an old servant roaming the halls. I really think he was just trying to spook himself or spook me but even before I heard that story, I always felt like there were other people at my grandmas house that weren’t always seen?
