I’m terrified of injections or blood draws. Cant explain it, I always get a panic attack even with the numbing creams. It’s just the idea of something foreign piercing your skin. Terrifying.
I’m not scared of sewing though-

I used to have this fear as a kid. When I was 7, I literally would fight the doctors so I wouldn’t get my flu shot, they had to bring in about 5-6 doctors just to hold me down because I was so scared
