Because the Cost of living is cheap, Complete facilities, Good public utilities, Good transportation, can travel easily and cheaply. The food is delicious and very clean even street food Inexpensive and modern rooms are very luxurious. Thai people are very hospitable and friendly when seeing foreigners.
