I need to start engaging my core, this is what messes up my form in every exercise.. I see it, I feel it, I know it, but I still forget or am too lazy to engage my core so I end up with lower back pain..

I try to do exactly this but always land up having my back pain a bit after two three reps. Idk what I’m doing wrong. I push my glutes out first and then bend my knees to the extent I can. And bend as much as I can.
