I get so hangry when watching all these ridiculously cheesy and toasted meatball subs on the inter-webs that I had to make one for myself and see how I faired. It turned out WWAAAAYYYY better than I imagined and will be one i'll be keeping in my recipe book for a LONG LONG long long time. Simple ingredients (sometimes even stale bread), solid procedures, and lots of love. If you try this one out, let me know how it turned out in the comments below! ENJOY

INGREDIENTS:
Meatballs:
1lb turkey meat
2 cups diced bread (bread crumbs)
2 tbsp chopped onions and garlic
3 tbsp chopped rosemary, thyme, and oregano
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Red Sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp chopped onions and garlic
2 tbsp chopped rosemary, thyme, and garlic
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
Herb and Garlic oil:
1 tbsp chopped garlic and onions
1 tbsp chopped rosemary, garlic, and onions
