Shopping List:
1lb 80/20 ground beef
1lb ground pork
1/2 cup diced parsley
1 small onion grated
5.2oz Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, hamburger seasoning, red pepper flakes

Sauce:
32 oz crushed tomatoes
3-4 cloves diced garlic
1/2 diced onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes

I made this meatball sub sandwich on Sunday. This sandwich was so good and delicious. The sauce and the meatballs were so flavorful and seasoned perfectly. I generously spreaded garlic butter on both sides of the bread added my marinara sauce, added the cheese. All I can say is that this was the very best meatball sub sandwich that I have ever eaten. Thanks Matt for sharing this amazing recipe with us! ❤️❤️❤️

This is almost exactly how I make meatballs, and they're always delish! 👍
Pro tip for that garlic-herb butter: make a lot of it in advance & freeze it...preferably with the garlic roasted. It'll keep indefinitely in the freezer. Break out a stick or partial whenever you need it. There are limitless ways to use it, and it's all good. 😋

The sauce is a make or break in a meatball sub for me, also bread thats toasty on the outside but pillowy soft on the inside 🤩🤩🤩
