2 lbs ground beef (85/15)
2 Tbsp parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
I did 2 tsp Cajun (it has salt)

Sauce:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
6-8 cloves garlic
30oz tomato sauce
Pinch of salt to taste

2 sub breads
Garlic butter: 2 Tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic
Parsley and cheese
Top with mozzarella cheese and enjoy
