As a person who isn't vegan but who tried the vegan burger at IKEA i can confirm that if you do it right it's bussin'

It's ridiculous that non-vegans fuss about what we call our food. None of them had an issue saying "coconut milk" before veganism became so common, but now that a lot of people went vegan they are whining that none of our dairy alternatives are "milk" because they didn't get sqeezed out of an animal. Udderly ridiculous. ((Yes I misspelled "utterly" for the joke !!))

Fun to see you made a Swedish dish! Cool that you got hold of the lingonberry jam too. :) The other day I made a version of this meal with your ground tofu as a base! Both my Swedish and non-Swedish friends really liked it, none of whom were vegan

Nice! Gardein meatballs are also very good. One of the first vegan meals I made my family was a garlic bread meatball sub. :)

In Sweden we often eat meatballs/plantballs on bread, but then they are usually combined with a beetroot salad. In it's basic form such a salad only contains mayonnaise and rather finely chopped pickled beetroots. Fancier versions call for things like dijon mustard, apple, red onion, crème fraîche etcetera, but aren't really needed IMO. The combination of meatballs/plantballs, mayo (vegan or not) and beetroot is truly unique, ultra-Swedish and extremely tasty!

Love these I used to eat similar ones from ikea. Still good but I'm sure these are better
