Chef, very nice recipe, looks delicious & i cut my meatballs in half also, put them flat side down on the bun & they don't slide out when eating. You may have done this, but if not, on your roma's, cut a small X on the top & bottom before boiling, just thru the skin, they will peel easily in 4 strips after boiling

That’s the only way to put a meatball hero together. Melt the cheese on the bread separately, then add the meatballs. Nice job buddy
