Periods don't cause a little discomfort. IT REALLY REALLY HURTS. Not just that but people expect me to act all cool and happy while i can feel little pieces of my insides coming out. wanna make me pull Hannah Baker if you know what i mean. It's uncomfy, painful, and makes more stress in my life. Like there is not enough allready, with the people i have to be every day (school)

I'm a nurse and since a lot of years I've been studying the health of women and the strong menstrual pain: surely menstruation is a "normal" moment in life, but it's never "normal" its pain and a lot can be done to avoid it. Your tip of hot water bottle (0:41) is useful, but using it only during the pain is not enough: if you like, we can speak again and I will send you an easy method of progressive thermal stimulation to "prevent" your pain, instead of only "fight" it every time.
