Best Ever Nutella Cookie Pie! EASY

Ultimate Nutella and Kinder Bueno Cookie Pie Recipe (ASMR version)
I made the best ever Nutella Cookie Pie and it's so easy to make, follow along to make it.

This one is a real party piece, ideal for sharing when you have a group gathering or party. My husband says it's best served with ice cream and I know my dad would eat this with some fresh cream on the side, so you can serve it however you wish.

Soft chocolate chip cookie dough, stuffed with Nutella, Kinder Buenos, and hazelnut creme.

This cookie pie is so chocolatey and delicious! Perfect if you love cookies and hazelnut flavours.

All you need is:

200g salted butter, softened
250g light brown sugar
1 large egg, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
320g plain flour
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
200g chocolate chips + some for the top
150g Nutella
8 Kinder Bueno sticks
150g hazelnut cream spread (I got this one from M&S)

Bake 180C/(160C fan) for 25 minutess - allow to cool fully in the tin 🥰

Serves: 16-20

Tin size: 8” springform

Ingredient tips:
FYI - Bicarbonate of soda is baking soda in the US
FYI - Plain flour is all-purpose flour in the US
TIP - Grams are much more accurate than cups, if you like to bake, a simple weighing scale is such a big help and very useful to have in the kitchen.

Ingredients:
200g softened salted butter
250g light brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1tsp vanilla
320g plain flour
¼tsp bicarbonate of soda
200g chocolate chips (+ extra for topping)
150g Nutella
8 Kinder Bueno sticks
150g hazelnut creme spread

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan).

2) Line an 8" cake tin with baking paper.

3) Cream together the softened butter and light brown sugar to form a paste.

4) Add the egg and vanilla and mix until fully combined.

5) Fold in the plain flour and bicarbonate of soda to form a dough.

6) Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.

7) Separate ⅓ of the dough (330g) and press the rest into your cake tin, making a lip around the edge.

8) Fill the base with the Nutella and smooth it out.

9) Place a layer of the Kinder Bueno sticks.

10) Add the hazelnut creme spread and smooth it out gently.

11) Place the remaining dough on top and seal the edges.

12) Sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top.

13) Bake for 25 minutes and let it cool fully in the tin.

14) Enjoy!
