Ingredients:
200g butter, softened
250g light brown sugar
1 large egg
1tsp vanilla
320g plain flour
½tsp bicarbonate of soda
100g chocolate chips
100g M&Ms (plus extra for topping)
300g Nutella (plus extra for topping)

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Add the butter and sugar to a medium sized bowl and cream them together.

3) Add your egg and vanilla then mix them in.

4) Add the flour and bicarbonate of soda then mix to form a dough.

5) Fold the chocolate chips and M&Ms into the dough.

6) Press ⅔ of the dough into the bottom of a cake tin, creating a lip around the edge.

7) Scoop the Nutella into the middle and smooth it out.

8) Create a lid with the rest of the dough and place it on top, making sure to seal the edges.

9) Bake for 20-25 minutes then let it cool.

10) Pipe some Nutella over the top and add a sprinkle of M&Ms.

11) Enjoy!
