Ingredients:
200g softened butter
250g light brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1tsp vanilla
320g plain flour
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
150g white chocolate chips
120g broken Oreos
300g Nutella
11 Oreos
300g cookies and cream spread

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan).

2) Whisk together the butter and sugar in a large bowl.

3) Add the egg yolks and vanilla and whisk them in.

4) Add the flour and bicarbonate of soda and mix to form a dough.

5) Fold in the chocolate chips and broken Oreos.

6) Press ⅔ of the dough into a grease-sprayed cake tin, creating a lip around the edge.

7) Scoop the Nutella into the middle and smooth it out.

8) Place the oreos on top (you might need to break one in half if necessary.)

9) Scoop the cookies and cream spread on top and smooth it out gently.

10) Create a lid with the rest of the dough and place it on top, sealing the edges.

11) Bake for 20 minutes and let it cool fully in the tin.

12) Enjoy!
