Been using it for 8 months i see results my acne has subsided . I had like small really fine frown lines which i see have began to fade . Use sunscreen tho i live in uk where uv index is already low so even if i skip sunscreen its fine bit in countries like India Pakistan its really hot and uv index is so high so sunscreen is a must and its no dangerous for me atleast

❤ Dear good doc, I used a 4% retinol based body lotion on my arms 20 days ago which got exposed to the sun for a while and it caused tanning or darkening on my forearms which is still not completely faded till now.

Its taking too long to fade that I'm getting worried.

Let me tell you how to use trenonoin which your USELESS dermatologist wont or dont tell you.
I peeled badly and now i have a dark patch all around my mouth.


1. Wash your face with soap. Leave your skin to dry for at least a good 20 mins.

2. You will experience a purge. Dont panic.

3. If your face is sensitive, apply Mosturizer before application of tretenoin. WAIT a good 15 mins until its absorded befor going in with a peasize amt. Dot and blend lightly. Dont over massage it.

4. Wait 20 mins and apply Mosturizer.

5. You will peel badly. Use healing ointment on corners of nose, and around the lips.
