SUMMARY:
- Worrying for a long time can change how you perceive your life. Maybe you have a steady job, a family who loves you, and a bright future ahead of you, but worrying can prevent you from seeing it.
- The more you worry, the bigger your apprehensions can get in your head and go beyond what’s logical.
- When people hang out with friends, they want to vent about their problems — but also have fun. If you become so worried that you can only vent, they might not see you as a positive influence anymore.
- Worrying that goes unchecked is very likely to develop into a condition like a generalized anxiety disorder.
- The body isn’t meant to deal with so much worry. At some point, it just becomes overwhelmed and snaps. That’s where panic attacks come in.
- People’s mental state directly affects their bodies. When it comes to those who deal with irritable bowel syndrome, it is believed that the condition is highly exacerbated by the person’s emotions.
- It’s scary to think about it, but excessive worry can change your brain. In the long run, this can actually increase the risk of neuropsychiatric disorders like dementia.
- What does worrying actually do for you? It’s not just an evil force that wants to drain the happiness out of you. It’s meant to be an alarm mechanism of sorts, something that helps you survive and tells you there might be a challenge ahead.

Never worry. Worries are like a bad bug, following you around, invading your time and thoughts. Instead, think of good things. Like how amazing you truly are ♥️♥️♥️

When I'm worried about any thing I try to make good connection with God at that time
I also write down all my problems n worries on a page n then tear that page...this thing also helps me a lot when I'm unable to share my problem with anyone

I'll prolly get bashed for saying this, but I give my problems over to God. He has bigger shoulders than i do. I try to give them to Him as i am going to sleep. He has to be up all night anyway, so He might as well have something to do besides keeping the universe in sync.

This is very informative.
I worry so much everyday that I was on a bus on my way to work and I had a panic attack my heart beats so fast and my body feels like cold and hot at the same time just because of a thought that I didn't lock the door of my house. It was so worse that I jumped off the bus and went straight back to my place to find out I locked it.
Because of that I was late of a min for work. Now I understand. I laughed at myself after what happened but there's something I have now understand, I thought it was just that. I just learned that every time that happens means I am having a panic attack. Oh God. My thoughts and everything my life is giving me so much stress that led to depression which i am battling rn. *sigh* heavy deeep breath****

Stay away from negative people. You can never find peace with a negative company who constantly contribute to your anxiety and act as an energy drainer, remember world is too big! bless yourself and stay away from negativity & fake selfish people.

This is me! I've been worrying my whole life ever since I can remember. I had an abusive father growing up, then I lost my brother, started having panic attacks as a teen ager...can ever remember some panic attacks as a child! I believe in God, and have OFTEN tried relying on Him, but still the worrying has stolen my happiness in things I once enjoyed. Now I am experiencing dementia in my 40's. I'm a single mom, which adds to the stress. What do I do?
