Ānāpānasati means "mindfulness of breathing." An anapana meditation simply focuses observation on natural breath, as it comes in and as it goes out. If you're new to meditation, this introduction will support you in embracing the simplicity - and discomfort - of focusing our attention on our breath, training our minds to detach from our thoughts one breath at a time.
