Venerable Olande Ananda was born in Amsterdam in 1948 and was ordained as a Buddhist monk in Sri Lanka in 1975 by Most Ven. Davuldena Gnanissara Maha Nayaka Thera. Currently he resides at Pagoda Meditation Centre.
This series of programs were recorded in 2006 while he was visiting us and conducting Meditation sessions for Children and Adults.
The whole series was created under the theam "One-day Meditation Program for Children and Teenagers". The complete series consists of seven sessions (11 videos) and are at the following link.
