Nootropics gave me my brain back! After having had Covid and a dark period in my life where I slept, ear and just treated myself poorly I felt like my cognition had...aged. After using nootropics for more than a year (along with healthy lifestyle) I got my focus, memory and cognition back! I love everything that has been discussed in this video except Lions Mane and Curcumin which are DHT blockers and I can really feel those negative effects on me unfortunately. One nootropic stack that I have discovered recently is the CILTEP stack (Acetyl L-Carnitine, Artichoke extract, L-Phenylalanine, Forskolin and B6) which induces Long Term Potentiation in the brain and skyrockets my focus and memory. Love this one. I'm also using L-Glutamine, Taurine, Magnesium L-Threonate and Phosphatidylserine. Happy brains to y'all!

I have ADHD and found lion’s mane to be very helpful while studying. Lucky for me I don’t mind the taste of it in my coffee or tea.

Ive been taken lions mane since April 2022. Several times for 1-2 months. And i do it now. Its a wonderful nootropic. My mind got new resources without any bad effects or addiction. Memory is better. For example, i've got some facts from childhood in details. I can speak using much more complicated termins and more quickly. I can remember numbers and navigate in big buildings, which was a problem for me. I understand English better. It was a great progress to subscribe and listen to your videos without translation, and so was about songs in English. I see more detales in the world: during a walk, talking with people, reading, etc.

Sleep is essential for memory consolidation and cognitive clarity. During deep sleep, the brain processes and stores information from the day, aiding retention and focus. Older adults should aim for 7-8 hours per night to support mental performance. Establishing a regular sleep schedule, reducing screen time before bed, and practicing relaxation techniques can help improve sleep quality, promoting mental sharpness.

Seeking Guidance - short term memory problems

I'm interested in starting a stack but I need some guidance. My situation is, that I've been having short-term memory problems lately and I do have some upcoming studies that I need to focus on.

So far what I have researched about are:

L theanine
L tyrosine
L-threonate magnesium
Lions mane
Ashwagandha
Alpha gpc
Gingko Biloba

I was thinking about L theanine in the evening & Lions mane, Gingko Biloba during the day. Also seen videos on Neuro-Mag that I like but will be too much to add that on top I think?

What do you guys recommend?
Thanks a lot

Hey Jim
I am 55 years old
I've been struggling with memory problems for the past 10 + years.
Struggling with processing, comprehending, and retaining information.
It has been affecting my everyday life!!

I've previously been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea but haven't been able to treat it due to high deductibles unable to meet.
I'm not sure if I have ADHD or not never been tested but always had problems in school.

Are there any supplements you can recommend for me?

I took two days of natural stacks brand L-Acetylcholine, and I felt what he described about jaw tension and headache. I returned it immediately, did anybody else have similar symptoms?
