My rule of thumb when determining if a supplement is effective. I go into it assuming that it wont work, but if any difference is noticed it would mean that the effect is sufficiently strong to overcome my doubt (which acts like a reverse placebo)

I can pretty much assure you those 400$ pills contain maybe 3-10$ worth of substances. Most likely stuff you will find in a premium pre-workout blend (mainly creatine and l-citrylline) with magnesium threonate/malate, theanine, and maca.

For anyone curious about consistently trying these brain enhancing drugs, I highly recommend that even with the lower dosage brain enhancers you use sparingly only when you feel you need it. The brain naturally adapts to its internal environment, so if you use caffeine and a drug cocktail to make the perfect head space to work. Eventually your brain will expect that as the norm and you will have serious difficulty functioning without constantly using these drugs. There is no drug that will teach you how to learn a language in a day or juggle chainsaws or something. Intelligence isn’t a momentary state but rather a skill achieved through mental training and practice

I lately discovered that if I go to sleep 30min earlier, then I need 1-2 hour less sleep. Also I feel more energetic then. The body heals itself in the middle of the sleep, so sleep is super important.
