My first mistake was using google photos.

This feels a bit manipulative by google. It forces you to essentially sync your photos and then tells you youre out of space so you need to buy more and then doesnt make it easy to make more space.

Thanks I tried your method Trevor and it works. Deleting photos on the Google Photos app deletes the photo on my phone but deleting photos on phone browser keeps the photo on my phone. I'm using a Pixel phone.

Never had an issue with my google email until 2 months ago when it wanted to store my photos and while I was half asleep I agree to it…not knowing they would charge me later..I already pay for apple iCloud storage…I don’t want to have to pay for another program to save the same photos. I was going to delete my email account then it warned me it would delete all the photos..so here im looking for a solution I think I figured it out with y’all’s help, thank y’all! Damn government and technology wants to control everything we do and have 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ thinking about going to disposable cameras again..that is if they haven’t taken that away too 😮 good luck guys
