The webview app kept restarting my apps after switching between app. After I deleted al together everything started working better.. very strange I am on the 23 ultra.. another youtube suggested to delete it.

my device is weird, play store asked to update but giving me this error, but when i search apps i can't search web view at all it's not there lol

Had the problem on Chromecast with Google TV (e.g. Android TV as OS). Nothing of this worked, bu what fixed the issue for me was turning off developer mode.

Bluetooth is main culprit. Turn it off.
