I see what happened.
The aircraft was on a steep angle at takeoff that caused the aircraft to loose speed and crash down nose pointed.
Probably a build issue. This crash is very similar to RAMYrc Boeing 787 Crash

You could have made some prototypes of it and tested them before flying the final model, that way you can see which compartment needs to be fixed to fly properly.
