THE MOST HUMBLING MOMENT OF ALL CAME AT THE WILLIS WARBIRDS FIGHTER MEET BACK IN JUNE 2016 WHEN UNBEKNOWNST TO DEANO & I THE TWO TEDS - MATT HARROWVEN AND CHRIS WILLIS HAD ORGANISED A FUND ON FACE BOOK ASKING FELLOW MODELERS TO MAKE A DONATION TOWARDS UPGRADING ALL OF OUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND CAMERA AS A VERY BIG THANK YOU FOR ALL THE VIDEOS WE HAVE UPLOADED OF THESE GUYS & GIRLS OVER THE PAST NINE YEARS AT THESE SHOWS !

watching these pilots trying to fly thru an inevitable stall and 40 years later I can still hear my dad standing next to me saying "get that nose down!"

This evening I was walking down the street and stopped in a little funky shop to look around. By looking at the outside you would NEVER even walk through the door. But I did. And guess what they have hanging from the ceiling?? Yeah...some old, BIG R/C aircraft. I have to go back for a closer look, but one I spotted had about a 3ft. wingspan and Coast Guard paint with pontoons...yeah...I'll be going back soon....BARN FIND!!! I think I saw at least 6 or 7 total hanging there....all older and big...I love it...when guys made real quality R/C's...

That Connie is a beautiful model... thankfully looks like there was no damage...most of this are what I would call arrivals ...didn't see any brain fart crashes...can't believe how what appears to be flimsy retracts on those very expensive jets are..thanks for the video..👍👍

Many of the problems here are weakly built landing gear.

The scale pilots never disappoint, the backbone RC crash compilation video though in this case mostly just hard landings in poor flying conditions. Beautiful detailed scale aircraft flown by great craftsmen that just need to get out more often in bad conditions with their beater RC planes to keep the flying skills in top form. That and beef up your landing gear systems. Geez Oh and one other thing, don't use flaps on windy days.

Sometimes flaps are your friend, sometimes they're you enemy.

It’s comical on the amount of individuals who get into this hobby and get the biggest most expensive aircraft their wallet can get them, and they destroy it on their maiden flight. Same with anything else, especially high horsepower vehicles

I love your videos! I’ve been watching ever since I first got into the hobby at 7 years old, I’m 15 now. You are one of my favorite RC YouTubers out there

Pneumatic retracts are the bane of my existence. I will never use them again if I can help it. :)

It is just amazing how some people have such nice planes but no idea how to fly them lol

Trim the aircraft for landing .Do not try to control it n with elevator .If the aircraft is doing the dolphin dance retract the gear and do a belly landing .Damage will be minimal and easier to repair than rebuilding the landing gear !

Money & skill are so far removed from each in the toy plane hobby😂😂😂

The most difficult thing by flying rc planes is: Not hitting something mid air. Sadly the most often hitting thing mid air is: Planet Earth.

Gusting 40mph, seems like a good day to fly!

Second RC Hurricane incident (u/c leg failure during landing) is uncannily similar to a Hawker Hurricane incident some years ago. Can't recall whether it was IWM Duxford or Biggleswade, but the a/c behaved exactly the same. (I think it was a BBMF a/c)
