Wonderful bringing us a lot of clarity. But of course, it depends on the perception we have, and the intention to want to understand what you is saying. To really understand that it is in consciousness that we have all experiences, that it is in consciousness that we know all experiences, that it is in consciousness that we interpret all experiences, and that it is in consciousness that experience eternally disappears into the now, we really need to realize, not just knowing that we are the Absolute Reality, that we are the Consciousness, that we are the Being. I'm convinced of everything you say about the benefit offered by new research. I didn't know what epigenetics meant until now (and also many other people).Where did science separate from spiritual truth ? Somewhere in the past (human construction) when religious dogmas (at least in the West) fought scientific discoveries und turned into a manipulative institution that forcibly imposes live principles. Faith misunserstood. But consciounes is self - organized and self - regulating, and I trust God's mind .The only refuge I have are meditations, faith and contemplation. Thanks lovely friend ❤.

Thank you. I haven't heard you before and found this very thought-provoking. Love the phrase 'lightness of being'. I've an interest in 'light' and the many associated phrases and meanings. You also mention 'enlightenment' - there's one. There is of course the Genesis 'let there be light'. Interesting to learn elsewhere that scientists don't fully understand all the properties of light. I enjoyed your explanations of various concepts, such as the statue and its human construct. I was free to play in fields as a very young child and to 'be in nature', appreciating my days before knowing the words for everything around me. I've found looking around and trying to see without language interesting of late. Shakespeare's 'a rose by any other name would smell as sweet' resonates. I'll think more about your final words. I haven't practiced meditation/mindfulness since some days of yoga and chanting mantras a long time ago, in my late teens/twenties, but am shortly to retire from the daily drudge (😉) and hoping to continue, with my new-found freedom.
