1 biggest mistake that pro's make: grinding so much that they stop having fun

I always transfer my valuable Pokemon to the professor so I know they're safe.

Nah. It’s noob-ish to not take advantage of the free cooldown for mega evolving. Save your energy for a time like an extended raid day where you need it up for longer than the 8 hours. It’s a worthwhile trade of your time, for more energy when you need it.

What if you live in the middle of nowhere and have no one to play with? You are basically locked from 60% of the game... no raids, no routes, no way to obtain pokecoins, no showcase... At that point you have to cheat to play that game for fuck sake

Biggest mistake - in my first couple of years of play I didn't pay attention to IV's at all. I just saved the ones with the highest CP. I shudder to think how many high IV/lowish CP I threw away in the early years.

noobie mistake is renaming your eevee's to have every evolution before reaching lvl 41; lvl 42 requirements is to evolve eevee into each unique evolutions.

that was my mistake =/

Another one of the "trash" spawns that's actually useful AND stupidly common since the biome update: Meowth. Sure, you can transfer it out straight away, but 500 Stardust a catch for a Meowth is one of the best ways to build stardust this side of GBL.

On the mega evolution point, I personally find it extremely tedious to try to remember to mega every 7, 5, and 3 days until it's maxed. Plus, I don't have people to do the mega raids with and have 0 energy for certain ones. I don't exactly need enough xl candy for every pokemon in the game. I'll enjoy my extremely casual experience slowly completing the pokedex. Not spending tons of money on raids, event tickets and shop boxes.

I normally wouldn't like spoofing either especially cause of the possibility of bans but living in a rural town and being homeschooled is genuinely one of the worst things ever for this game 😭 it takes forever to do stuff

Noobiest thing I’ve done is forgetting to check ivs before mass transferring and accidentally transferring a hundo spearow 😭😭

7:20 starting Pokémon storage=300, 8000 added storage at 50 per upgrade is 160 upgrades to the storage. At 200 coins each upgrade (not considering deals) that’s 32, 000 coins. If you buy the $100 pack from the webstore it gives you 15500 coins, so if you spend $200 that puts you at 31, 000 coins so you’ll be a touch short but still

Noobiest thing I've done is live in an area where there are very few pokestops, where it's very cold for 4-5 months, so playing outside for more than 30 minutes isn't very fun, and without a pokestop at my doorstep. So I often run out of pokeballs, and often very tempted to buy the 200 pokeballs for 800 coins.

The noobist thing that I did was delete pokemon by their cp. I got rid of a hundo Kakuna that way😅...

I may or may not have purified a shiny charmander a few years ago😅

I don't think spoofers are that bad. They really need to implement a universal trading system. It would make the game 10x better imo
