Thank you for making this! I'm wondering are protein powders similar to protein bars in the amount of isoflavones they contain?

(fire emoji that doesn´t exist in PC). This def changed my views on soy. Thank you! Also a MBM arrival. However, I´ve always got this question as in - why should we objectively go Vegan, health-wise, if this means that we might/ almost certainly will need to suplement? shouldn't we just worry about having a balanced diet, animal protein included? Meaning we should not overdo in animal protein but have enough to balance things out? And since we eat less animal protein, but just enough, we can do the extra and have the organic eggs, and the organic meat and fish, making sure the production is up to certain standards (dairy excluded unless you live on a farm, I can see that...) Am I really far out? Thank you!
