Shout out to Mike Rashid from South Africa. Mike is a beast. His body response quickly to what ever he throws at it. Now he's shredded because of his boxing activities, Mid year he can flip it to bulky and it will respond accordingly.

I love the work out tbh I usually only do body weight workout kuz I mess up my shoulder so it bothers me trying to do bench or incline bench and I aint going to force it, I do push ups I love them and if your creative with them it works out great

Guys, you see that first workout, please note that it's not for everyone. If you have shoulder injury, discomfort, shouldn't engage on it. If you haven't mastered the right posture and movement, please do that before going aggressive. Hope it helps.
