Alligator attack: Gator bites woman's head as she's snorkeling in Florida river

A Florida woman was snorkeling with a friend at Alexander Springs Recreation Area over the weekend when a nine-foot alligator attacked her and bit her forehead, she told FOX 35. And a photographer nearby happened to snap photos of the immediate aftermath, including one that clearly shows an alligator lurking behind them.

Glad she's not blaming the gator for biting her and that she wasn't hurt worse, but come on, you're in Florida, the natural habitat of gators, why is anyone surprised that swimmers get bit? You're literally swimming in their kitchens!
