5G is complicated. I have adopted 5G for a year now with the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. Unless I'm in London or Leicester, I barely experience it, and the 4G speed on EE is quite fast (I do up to 200 Mbps). The only cases where I saw the difference was when streaming 4K videos, but the rest is honestly the same.

I'm new to the channel and I just wanted to say that the intro was honestly an unexpected delight 😂. I might wait for the next Galaxy just because I still love my S10+ and consider it new. I think in about 2-3 years, most phones will support 5G anyway so looking forward to seeing how they handle battery life rather than just charging faster, It's kind of a pain travelling and having to remember to keep your charger with you and finding an outlet every several hours just because of 5G. Anyway thanks for the video and keep making awesome videos!

Thank you! Here in China, my cell service has been upgraded to 5G from 4G with NO increase in price. OK, I don't yet have a 5G phone. 4G here is far more reliable than my experience of it 'back home' in the UK. But when I upgrade at the end of the year after 4 years, I'm looking forward to 5G and it's greater reliability and bandwidth just as you've mentioned. I personally think of mmWave is just marketing hype which will only be useful in very limited circumstances because of it's huge problems (needing a transmitter close by in in direct line of sight).
