I'm returning the Top Fin Betta Bamboo waterfall tank

Only problem I have is the vibration but fixed with foam. I also turn pump off when water changes. Not complaining because mine was kn sale for 28.00 and will switch to a sponge filter like the rest of my tanks

Mine sticks to the bottom and I just disconnect the tube for water changes. Idk to each their own but I love mine 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have this exact tank with a Betta in it and a few Rasboras. It isn't too bad when you lift it up, I just turn the filter off or it just flows back pretty quickly. Besides the flow being a little bit too strong even on the lowest level I like it, the lifting of the cover doesn't bother me too much.

I just bought one last night and that intake tube is just too short. I am going to snip off a bit of my longer flexible line and use that instead. The lid is easy to warp if those cords are not lined up. Will try to carve out a little track for the filter to sit inside the frame and maybe install a few hinges to make it sit better.

What a pity the design isn't practical as it's a really nice looking tank & the perfect size for a betta.

Looks really cool and unique but to do essential water changes that's to much hassle.

It is really annoying when you lift the lid and the pump comes up because when you put it back down the pump suctions too close to the wall of the inside box that holds it and that causes a vibration noise that drowns out the waterfall!! I wish I kept my box or I would be returning mine!

I just bought the new version of this tank. They eliminated the waterfall part, just a normal lid in a bamboo style. I made a video on it if you want to check it out👍🏽

I bought one and it sucks too. I can never sit the flow at all. It’s on high all of the time.

I have the same tank but it stopped pimping water. I returned it and the new one was working fine but then it stopped working again. I cleaned the tank to make sure nothing was stuck. Still not working.

How did you get the bamboo to stick to the air pump? I can’t figure out how to get the tube on there?

So what?! You don't want the water running when you lift the top anyway. And it appears you didn't bother to read the instructions or look at the example photo when installing the bamboo water tube. It's a pity you returned it because I'm late to the game and want to buy one but PetSmart no longer makes this particular model. They removed the bamboo tube, which sets it apart from all the other tanks esthetically.
