The offseason is the time to really get a lot of time at tempo done. Here is a form of tempo intervals that both my athletes and I do during the offseason. Any questions at all please comment down below.

Great workout, I often do 80/85% X 45-60 min block depending on the duration of my ride and sprinkle in some 130-150% 20-30sec effort every 4-5 minutes in that block, bridges or inclines I find are best for those... Great video thanks for sharing I tried your v2x with SST it was a great workout! 😅

Thank you. someone wasked why I am doing intervals in the offseason (I am doing tempo 3x20 once a week though due to timing). I reveiwed your SS video since that is what I am working up towards.

I'm in my off -season now, but this session looks great for the early base, will definatly be doing these when I get back into some structure.

Thanks to you I've been building my tempo. I am at a stage where I'm now doing 3 x 25 mins, with zone 2 at the start and finish of each workout. I finish each workout with a 1 minute effort of about 140% FTP. I have not even touched any sweet spot training and I can honestly feel my strength and fitness increasing every week. One question I have is how much rest between sets? I usually have 2 minutes before I'm back on it!!

Seems all my rides end up at tempo. I have to try hard to Not ride tempo🤣 👍

I mix up my tempo workouts.sometimes I do 3x 10 sometimes 2x 20 etc

When you analyse your workout are you looking at average power for the effort or the time spent in the tempo zone

i wouldn't consider someone training 8-10 hours a weeks someone who doesn't have a lot of time to train
