Chimichurri
4 ounces Cilantro (leaves, stems... Well not the larger stems)
1 Poblano Chili
1 medium Shallot
5-7 cloves Garlic
juice of 2 Limes
1 teaspoons ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground Coriander

SD Tomato and Ancho.
1 Ancho Pepper
8 ounces Sun-dried Tomatoes plus the oil it may be packed in.
1 ounce Olive Oil (If the tomatoes are dry packed)
1 ounce fresh Basil
5-100 cloves garlic

Maple, Soy marinade
1/2 cup low sodium Soy Sauce (Tamari for a gluten free option)
2 ounces Maple syrup (use the good stuff that comes from trees!)
1 ounce Rice Wine Vinegar
Juice of 2 Limes
1 ounce Gochujang
1 ounces fresh Ginger Chopped
7 cloves Garlic Chopped
1 ounce chopped green onions
2 tablespoons arrowroot (substitute corn starch)
2 tablespoons cold water
