How to make avocado seed powder at home

In Today's video I am going to show you how to make avocado seed powder. The first thing is to collect your seeds prepare and wash them making sure to rinse twice with clean water. Our aim is to get a clean end product without bacteria and molds because we are going to use this powder on our skin and hair and we are also going to use it in our kitchen for cooking so it must be as clean as possible. After cleaning you grate and dry in direct sunlight then grind into a fine powder. In my next video I am going to share with you how to use avocado seed powder to make different product and I will also share with you the health benefits of avocado seed powder.
