Good to see a demonstration by a real rower who knows what they are doing. Lots of people use the rowing machine with poor technique and there are even videos on YouTube which show incorrect technique.

This machine is excellent. I'm recovering after knee surgery (result of a gymnastics injury 35 years ago!) and the rower is perfect to give you a good workout without impact.

I've been rowing for 3.5 weeks . I am addicted. Rowing works my breathing . I notice rowing helps with my running.

My gym has a couple of these machines. Been wanting to try them but I have new workout anxiety. Gonna give it a try after seeing the video. Honestly. Seeing how the screen worked was huge

I wanted. full body workout like swimming without have to find a pool shower, etc. I just started rowing and I love it. You can do a 20 min and you feel great. I can feel my whole body tingling. I'll do twenty on elliptical as well.

Just a tip, any exercise you do you really should be using a tight grip, builds your wrists and forearms

This A1 model comes with a wider feet gap than a classic one. Is that better for joints?

how many minutes should you water row. is it good to do after an elptical 35min work out. how many calories or weight can you lose if you do it daily or maybe every 3 days. how many minutes should you do it?
