Hi Anna, it’s only me again Louise – I haven’t watched the Vlog/video yet. I watch it in about half an hour once the medication is given – I saw the title and my favourite breakfast at the moment is when the breakfast order is taken I have a slice of toast with mushrooms on top or tomatoes and then a slice of mozzarella melted in the microwave ~ it’s really lovely especially if you squeeze a bit of lemon juice on top of the mushrooms ~ I know it’s only Thursday but I hope you have a lovely weekend – sending loads of love and hugs to you all – Xxx Xxx

We need way more protein than just two eggs (that's only about 12g if protein). Women should aim for 25-30g for breakfast. Idk if you're also having a shake or something with it, but just for anyone watching...two eggs isn't nearly enough protein. ❤

How do you get berries to last a whole week? I have a family of 6 also minus the dogs, haha. But I'm litterily buying berries daily because they go off so fast. I'd buy more but donr want to waste them if they'll go of in 1-2 days

Happy Birthday to Dre hope he had a lovely day, I saw your mum has arrived she looks such a kind fun person.I am sure the kids are very excited .You make some delicious breakfasts, I have quaker oats /milk porridge every morning.what we have been getting [nothing to do with breakfast just a snack]are yogurt mini rice cakes they come in a pack with 4 bags .Little rice cakes covered in yogurt they are really nice.Everyone who has tried them loves them you get them in sainsburys.

Anna, do you get that full mug from just one capsule (obs milk too)? My Nespresso pixie seems to barely give much so I end up using 3. I live in Texas so maybe my mugs are bigger than yours lol but it didn’t seem like it compared to your mama mug.
