In one of your BackBlaze videos you said that it doesn't backup metadata. What metadata are you referring to exactly? For example, does BackBlaze include the folder structure (including drive letter) in the Zip file on restoring a file? If not, I don't see how I could use BackBlaze at all if I have to restore everything. Cloud backup is supposed to give you the ability to replace the entire set of user data if your computer is completely destroyed in some disaster. I haven't seen anybody cover this in any videos and even BackBlaze is not very clear about this on their web site.
It might be useful if you had an email address to let people ask questions or request subjects for your videos.

i just dumped backblaze, unable to restore my files from failed drive. Backup fails everytime i try to restore. Crap helpdesk software they use.
