Your method looks great! It’s unfortunate that you can’t easily grab an ID like you can when creating a list item.
What I mean is, if there were a lot of users uploading around the same time, it’s much easier to grab their ID and update their record. Have you heard of a problem like that happening with your method? How many users have you tested this with❓
