China's military may well follow Russia's; looks powerful on paper yet actually poor. Maybe less to do with corruption though, even with both nation's suffering a lot from that.

China can't commit all of its forces though. A massive country needs to have a large reserve for defence. Where as Taiwan can.

Why does every analyst mention China's vast number of tanks? Can their tanks swim to Taiwan? Where will they land if carried in vast numbers via amphibious vessels?

What about Taiwan's terrain, which is, largely, not conducive for tanks or tank tactics? If you think it's been a bloodbath for tanks in Ukraine, the vast destruction of tanks in Ukraine will look like child's play if China attempts to inundate Taiwan with tanks.

Although China may eventually take Taiwan by force, if it does, it"s going to hurt and the losses will significantly downgrade China's capabilities. Taiwan is not a paper tiger. They are armed to the teeth and know how to effectively use their numerous advanced weapons.

Even the Taiwanese Coast Guard can even assist the Taiwanese Navy just incase the Chinese invade Taiwan.

The world needs a new organization of countries that has the purpose of building and trying to achieve union among all peoples and countries.
CHINA is a big country with a lot History, Culture and natural resources and their people are very productive and intelligent.
CHINA and other countries have a lot to show and offer to the world.
Everyone should do business around the world with respect and help small countries to grow together equally for the benefit of their people.
