I grew up near Chicago and one of the few things I miss is the Greek restaurants. My friends and I would go into the city at least once a month and treat ourselves to a feast. So I was looking for Greek recipes and found you channel. I subscribed after 2 videos. I've watched at least 150 videos in the last two days and I've enjoyed every minute.

I haven't tried this variation, what I've tried and it's divine in taste is stuffing the chicken with chickpeas and a whole lemon and onion and cooking it in the oven over a bed of vegetables. It's a lovely alternative to chicken with roast potatoes and utterly delicious. There's absolutely no way you won't devour these chickpeas.

So delish. I recently started using beans from dried. So easy, tho you need to plan. But, I do combos as well as just 1 kind, for a change. I can't wait to make this. I'm thinking of marinating a spatchcock whole chicken, then baking over the same base. Yummy.
