🍰 Ingredients:

Sugar 200g (1 cup)
Butter 110g (1/2 cup)
Vegetable oil 30ml (2 tablespoons)
2 Eggs
Lemon juice 30ml (2 tablespoons)
Plain Flour 200g (1 ⅓ cups)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Milk 100ml (1/3 cup & 2 tablespoons)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Strawberry Jam/ jelly 150g (1 cup)
Plain Flour 2 tablespoons

For the Frosting:
Cream cheese 75g
Butter 75g (⅓ cup)
Powdered Sugar 120g (1 cup)
(Whisk all together for 3-4 mins)

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan size 20x20 cm

Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 30-35 minutes

My Mom use to make this-add a little more vanilla and a little more oil and instead of jam cut up fresh strawberries with a little sugar-then mix that in the batter and bake . Powder sugar and milk topping- it comes out like ooey-gooey WONDERFUL cake.
