It took me more than one year to condense what I learned about growing food into this book but I’ve been so driven by passion and love for nature that changed my life completely and I hope to inspire all of you to do the same.

I never expected to write a book in my life, especially in another language and I couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of my best friend and lover @lajatattoo all along the way.

I wish my grandpa could see this achievement and tell me how proud he is and I hope gardening will bring the same joy and changes that it brought to our life.

I've always taken the phrase "you are what you eat" as a virtue to maximise the control I have over what I put in my body to live a happy and fulfilling life, and what you've shown is the numerous possibilities to reach that level of control and many more important lessons. Hey have you tried growing a Lemon myrtle tree before? It may take a while but you can boil the leaves in a kettle and make a tea that will clear up sinuses, you can even place them in a hot bath while it’s running and enjoy natural healing fragrances too. The lemon myrtle tree also produces berries as well that you can use in recipes but to eat those berries or to use those leaves it’s probably best to boil them first (don’t know about berries but the leaves are poisonous if not boiled). You can even make ice blocks out of them to help with sore throat symptoms if you boil water in a cup with the leaves in and let it sit in the freezer overnight, an added bonus is if you leave the cup in the fridge overnight instead you can mix other ingredients and have more flavours to enjoy after freezing. Or if you just want to smell a leaf you can just by sniffing it and when the smell goes away crush the leaf and you have extra smell that will help with mental help and cold symptoms
