I LOSE 10KG WITHOUT ANY CRAZY DIETS - Week 3
Current weight: 78.3kg (172.6 lb)
Adherence: 7/7
📉 -0.5kg from last week
Calories: 2300 kcal
260c / 60f / 180p
Steps: 10,000
This week we have lost around 500g again and are now averaging around 78.3kg.
I did actually have 2 nights where I didn't eat at home but we still actually managed to fit it all into the calories so we pretty much stuck to the diet 7 days this week.
I'm honestly not too sure how much I'd be losing on a weekly basis, but if I can keep it around a 500g loss per week, this cut is probably going to end around the end of February, maybe mid March? Especially if we're taking into account the festive season and an upcoming 2 week holiday overseas in January. But it should be pretty chill all the way through.
I don't think I need to reduce my calories at all and we can just sit at 2300 calories all the way through. I won't be adding any cardio except for doing 10,000 steps a day. So the main focus would just be trying to progress inside of training still. There might be a slight strength drop off, but maybe not (or at least I hope not). The only reason why I say that is because 10kg is a lot of weight to lose and mass moves mass. I'm sure there's going to be some sort of strength drop off somewhere even if it's not because of muscle loss.
