Hey everyone, I'm currently training for a 10k run here in San Antonio. To get in shape i'm using the Nike Run Club app to train for the event. In this video I talk about how week 5 of my 9 week course is going through the app, along with other adjustments and changes I've made to my lifestyle to prepare for the run.

Hallease is a video producer and editor based in Texas. Her channel showcases her life, and different interests she may have. From tutorials, travel, vlogs, to discussions on pop culture and everything in-between. Her channel is an eclectic representation of who/what it means to be Hallease.

I vibe with the life tweaks.

I jumped into working out eating deep fried hamburgers from McDonalds with cholesterol and diabetes drizzled overtop the buns. BUT, I tweaked it right on out because working out fixes up my life!

In other words: I'm rooting for you.

I completely agree with the end goal thing. Your last video inspired me to get back to running. So I found a local race near me and signed up quickly before I had time to back out lol. Keep up the great work!

Gasp! I thought those were the Harry Potter book spines I keep spotting in your bookshelf off to the side. I'm so newsy, but whenever I see bookshelves in YouTube videos I find my eyes looking at the spines for reading recommendations while the vlogger is talking.

LOL Congrats on completing your 10K! I totally just watched all these videos in reverse to figure out how to train for a 10K. #Respeck

I enjoying running, but I have yet to register or run in any type of 5k or 10k even tho I keep say I want too, perhaps I shall use the Nike app to encourage me verse as track my miles..tfs..
