As much as possible whenever I feel unproductive, I take a nap until it turns into sleep. And honestly *not forcing yourself to do anything (specifically productive things) is definitely OKAY.* Give time to yourself, take a rest, take care of yourself. And get back once you're prepared and had regain your energy and strength again. Remember being productive is just a matter of choice, not an obligation. ❤

Here's things that help me do work

1. put on some classical music (unless it's strauß/anything too intense.) i'm a classical violinist/pianist and music makes me feel more entertained
2. study alone. I get uncomfortable studying infront of my family
3. use an organization app so you can keep track of things you have to do. for example, notion, minimaList, etc.
