How to Fix-----Particulate filter system fault Diesel engine

This is a common fault with diesel engine cars and vans that are used for short journeys to fix the problem just take it onto the motorway or similar road and maintain 2500 revs at a safe speed for approximately 10 minutes to fix the problem do not take it to the garage

I only use my A7 TDI for 380 km round trip journey every week. Only like 20 km within town. Means not much in coty driving, and this light came up first time. Should I still not worry about it. What's your experience and suggestions in my case where car is 96% on highway? Plus car is still under Extended Diesel Warranty by Audi.
