So basically you have no idea what you talking about if nvidia turn on automatic tuning if amd and using a 5000/xt series you could try modded drivers swithing to linux and you have the time and the drive you could gain few fps over a run of mill windows install if your games will run check areweanticheatyet for your games to see anticheat will allow you use it christitustech has utilities for linux to optimize your install with one command with a nice gui command line utility good luck amd modded drivers are kinda finky but greatly can improve preformance
