1. Make your bed
2. Drink water as soon as you wake up
1. Bonus: put lemon, take vitamins together
3. Journal daily (positive note, grateful for, plan your day, devotion, etc)
4. Change up your workspace (cafes a few times week)
5. Have your workouts written out or prepared
6. Don’t use your phone an hour before bed
7. Set alarm far from your to get up from bed
8. Have one reset day a week (eg. clean your place)
9. Go on walks / get your steps in (just, walk, go outside)
10. Treat yourself (eg. buy yourself your fav drink, self care)

i’ve been in a slump for about 2 years now — gained 40 lbs, quit taking care of myself, quit doing things i loved. my life has fallen apart and i’ve decided this summer i’m going to scrape it back together. your video was great and i’m excited to implement these tips. hopefully it’ll make a difference.

Love these habits! My reset day is Wednesday, a “prep for the weekend day” so that my weekends can be spent with friends or truly resting rather than “chores.” Also helps break up the week and makes it go by faster! Great video, your room (and cat) is super aesthetic!😍

Videos like this with people like you and Maya Lee are so nice to watch. I love getting in the routine of going to bed earlier and waking up around five, six in the morning. It allows me to not feel rushed and like I get to relax before whatever the day holds - whether that's socializing or work. I don't do it a lot and lately I have been in quite the slump where I've woken up and gone to bed on time maybe once in the past two months. My favorite thing to do in the morning is wake up, make my bed, wash up, and then get some water and make a protein shake - maybe make some avocado garlic toast (I know, I thought it was weird and gross too but it's nice to have every now and then) or an egg and a hashbrown if I have them. Then I go back to my room, sit at my desk, and put on a Maya Lee video or two and it really inspires me for the day. Now that I've found this channel I've got someone else to inspire me every morning. I wish I found this earlier than almost eleven at night lol but still, I think I'm gonna aim for bigger sights so I can get back in the groove. You guys help people more than you may think!

This is so helpful! A year and a half ago I was in workout zone and making tons of progress. Then I had a mental health crisis that started a long journey of getting diagnosed and finding the right meds for me. My workout/health routine flew out the window. Now I'm finally in the mental state to start my workout/healthy eating routine again.

I usually write my workouts during the sets!! I should try to do it before so I’m prepared and spend less time writing. Loved this vlog and it was so helpful. I also started walking 45 minutes and now I can walk for almost over 2 hours!!
